The house is located on Capistrano Bay 1 mile south of Dana Point Harbor. The harbor is an easy walk/bike ride away, and is terrific for restaurants, shopping, jet ski rental, fishing trips, whale watching, and the Catalina Express.

 

Excellent location 35 miles south of Disneyland.

 

First Floor Condo: 

 

The unit in on the first floor with  three bedrooms, and sleeps 6 comfortably, with a fold out bed in the living room. Fireplace in the living room, big deck out to sand.

 

Upper Unit:

 

The upper two floors are the owners unit, and is available Weekly for rent June 16 through Labor Day.  Five bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, deck and stairs out to beach.  

 

Beach House Facts:


Capistrano Bay.  If you've been to the Dana Point Marina,  you'll know why people return year after year.  The weather is simply the best in the world.  Capistrano Bay is a six mile stretch of southwestern facing beach that spans from Dana Point to Cottons Point, and has some of the best beaches in Southern California.  Jogging, Bicycling, Body Surfing are just of the few activities immediately available. 

 

Ocean front.  The house is built on the beach, and step off the porch onto the sand.  The sound of the waves at night, and the views are unforgettable.
