Winter Rates:
The beach level unit is the only unit available in the winter. Owners stay in the upper unit during the winter. Monthly rentals are preferred and includes 4 full weeks. The rate is 4200 per month.
Weekly winter rentals: Please check within two months for weekly rentals and 3 day weekend last minute will be considered. Weekly winter when available is 2300, weekend when available is 1500.
More Information: Rate includes utilities. Cleaning fee is $200 per rental. No security deposit is required with the use of a credit card. No parties in excess of unit occupancy.

Availability for 2 cars, lower unit, 3 cars upper unit.
