
Arriving:
Ø Please let the guard know who will be coming in and out. The telephone to the guard is 496-1611.
Ø For emergencies, you can contact Capistrano Realty at 949-496-5353.
Ø The upper unit enters from the left side of the house, and the beach level unit enters from right hand side of the house. There are two doors along the side, the second door is the front door, and that is where you will enter and exit. The sliding glass door should be locked when you are not at home.
Ø All the trash cans in front of 35063, 35065 and 35067 are available for use. The two parking spaces across the road adjacent to the recycle cans and railroad tracks are available for your use.
Ø The side door to the house is useful when sandy. There is an outside shower for hosing the sand off. You also can fill a bucket and step in water before coming in to keep the sand in the unit at a minimum.
Ø The vacuum is located in one of the bedroom closets.
Ø ATT Access for long distance is 800.225.5288 – you can use your credit card at that point.
Departing:
Ø Please be sure the doors and windows are locked.
Ø Please remove any trash that you have accumulated, and place in one of the dumpsters.
Ø Please come again!
